Hello! I am the Managing Partner/CEO of B&M Financial Management Services (BMFMS), residing in New York. My work in the accounting field began 20 years ago, I've been the Managing Partner & CEO of BMFMS since 2005. My responsibilities with the company is to offer our Clients creative strategic infrastructure steps and effective solutions to operating and managing their business more efficiently. My blog BIZSOLUTIONS, includes small business tips and topics to help manage and operate a small business. When I'm not working, I love spending time with family and friends.

CAYLENA CAHILL
Caylena Cahill, owner and lead photographer of CC Photo & Media,
works with businesses and entrepreneurs to understand their brands and
translate their core messaging into photographs that build trust,
relationships and inspire action. Her other professional work includes
freelance photography for Newsday Westchester, the Times Herald-Record,
Organic Hudson Valley and Raine Magazine. Her personal work has been
exhibited during shows around the state and in France. Passionate about
travel and culture, health and fitness, and communications, she aims to
create work that inspires thoughtful reflection, cultural understanding
and action. With her blog posts, she aims to help business owners,
entrepreneurs and anyone with an idea they want to get out there, to
better understand themselves, their companies and how to effectively use
the tools out there to grow their passions.
